Many years of sales experience (min. 3 years) in the business areas Home & Industrial Care as well as Personal Care/Cosmetics. At the beginning the focus is on the independent expansion of new customer business through the already existing network as well as cold calling.
High level of communication, negotiation & presentation skills (towards customers and superiors) is a basic requirement. Fast comprehension and high level of discipline. Ability to analyze the market, quickly identify and communicate problems & opportunities, and an instinct for new business models.
Degree in marketing, business administration or MBA. Basic knowledge of chemistry is mandatory. Chemical education or advanced training is desirable.
You have already successfully managed a sales team and has the necessary knowledge in the field of Human Resources.
Business fluent English. Other foreign languages would be an advantage.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint are mandatory. Various CRM/ERP experiences are desirable.
